Booni's failed water supply projects

Even though the government laid pipelines under different projects for the supply of water to Boon after spending millions of rupees, the local residents are still facing an acute shortage of the basic community of life. Though there is no dearth of water sources in Booni, the negligence of the government departments led to the failure of the projects to ensure supply of water to the consumers as depicted by scores of abandoned and dried up supply lines across the town. There is a need to investigate these failed projects to ascertain why government funds went down the drain without resolving the water shortage issue.
