The civil administrations and the NHA took a decision to not open the tunnel on Tuesday as sheduled due to snowfall on both sides and to open it for traffic on Wednesday. When things are going hunky-dory then there is role but when crisis occurs no role! This is not fair. Chitral Scouts now Chitral task force must have a role in solving problems of Chitral and this is the biggest problem today. It cannot absolve itself from this moral responsibility.
