Addressing a press conference here, the minister said the government is committed to fulfill all its promises made to the people within the given timeframe. To a question, Dar said the government has invited the National Assembly speaker to facilitate in convening a meeting of the committee on Terms of Reference (ToRs) for the Panama leaks because the committee does not have a convener. He said the government has asked the opposition team of the ToRs committee to hold a meeting on Monday, but added that it would not be possible due to the preoccupation of a committee member Chaudhry Aitzaz Ahsan. He however added that efforts were being made to convene a meeting on some agreed upon date in the second week of the next month.
