DROSH: For the first time in the history of Chitral, protesters blocked traffic by putting the dead bodies of two murdered men on the Chitral-Peshawar road on Wednesday afternoon.
The two persons from Shahnigar area were found shot dead in the Kaldam Gol area where they had gone to collect firewood early on Wednesday.
The protesters while blocking the road at Drosh bazaar demanded that the police should arrest the killer without delay.
According to the FIR, Waheedullah, son of Gul Nayab, told the police that his brother Ashraf Nabi along with a neighbour Ihsanuddin, was bringing firewood from Muxo Ghari in Kaldam Gol when they were shot dead by Noor Alam of Shahnigar at Banda Noor Alam at about 5:30am.
The complaint said after killing the two, the suspect along with his family escaped from their house.
