PESHAWAR, Aug 15, 2025 — The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary and Secondary Education Department has set up a central Posting/Transfer Desk to handle all posting, transfer, and grievance applications.
The desk will keep digital and manual records. It will check compliance with rules and timelines. It will also serve as the single contact point for related correspondence. The department appointed Muhammad Iqbal (Superintendent) and Muhammad Maaz (Junior Clerk) to run the desk. They will work under the Section Officer (General).
Employees must send applications only through this desk. Officers, personal secretaries, and personal assistants cannot accept direct applications. They must forward any received to the desk without processing.
The department warned of disciplinary action for non-compliance. All special and additional secretaries have received the order for immediate enforcement.
