BOONI: In an initiative to uplift the differently-abled community of Upper Chitral, Niaz Support, in collaboration with its official on-ground partner Al Karim Welfare Society, distributed customised wheelchairs directly at the doorsteps of beneficiaries.
The wheelchair were handed to the beneficiaries across Booni, Ghoru Parkusab, Kushum, Warijun, Zanay, Utul, and Nogram of Mulkhow Union Council – ensuring dignity, comfort, and ease for the recipients and their families, says a press release.

This impactful distribution was made possible through the dedicated efforts of Al Karim Welfare Society. As Niaz Support’s exclusive field partner in the region, they played a crucial role in identifying deserving individuals, coordinating logistics, and facilitating respectful last-mile delivery.
Their deep-rooted presence and commitment to community service ensured that every wheelchair reached those most in need.
This initiative is part of Niaz Support’s broader mission to serve persons with disabilities across Pakistan by addressing mobility challenges and connecting their stories to donors and well-wishers around the world.
In addition, Niaz Support has launched a scholarship program for children of differently-abled parents. This program goes beyond educational assistance by also covering essential health-related expenses, offering long-term support and stability to the families it serves.
