BOONI: An ice hockey championship, the first of its kind, was organized in Sarghuz village of Upper Chitral in which eight teams took part.
The two-day championship concluded on Saturday in which four teams of girls and as many of boys participated. The event was organized by Aga Khan Youth and Sport Board and Environmental Academy, Booni.
The organizers said the event aimed at promoting healthy activities and keep the youth from harmful activities.–Sher Afgan
