CHITRAL: The traffic police during a campaign issued tickets to hundreds of bike riders for driving without licences, not wearing licences and other violations.
Traffic police Inspector Fazle Karim said that young people were mostly involved in driving bikes without licence and helmets. He said the drive was launched in order to check such practices and save the motorcyclists from ant accidents.
