CHITRAL: The visit of Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi to Chitral was cancelled due to inclement weather on Saturday.
As a result, the projects which were to be inaugurated by the PM were opened by MNA Shahzada Iftikharudin
Since early in the morning different parts of Chitral received rain. Mr Abbasi was to reach Chitral airport in the morning and address a gathering of PML-N workers before opening work on Chitral-Garam Chashma road.
He was later to fly to Ayun in a chopper to inaugurate work on the construction of Kalash valley road. The prime minister was also scheduled to meet local notables at the Ayun Fort.
