CHITRAL: A youth from the Goldur locality of Chitral has been arrested by the FIA cyber crime wing on the charge of hacking a local Urdu online newspaper a few weeks ago.

The youth, Umair Haider, recently graduated in software engineering from Bahria University Islamabad.
