THQ hospital in pathetic condition

Most of the healthcare centres lack basic facilities and are unable to provide treatment even for minor ailment. Besides, they also lack doctors and other staff. The tehsil headquarters hospital Drosh is a \’B\’ category hospital but it has no facilities which are supposed to be available for the patients in such a healthcare centre. Though the hospital caters to a large section of the population consisting of the Drosh town and all the nearby areas, patients prefer going to private doctors due the lack of facilities at this public sector hospital. Besides being short of medicines and other facilities, the hospital also lacks proper cleanliness with its wards littered with dirt and even frequented by stray dogs and other animals.
