It is strange, rather funny. Disturbing thousands of passengers including children, women, elderly and sick is not important but disturbing work inside the tunnel is important. Can’t work inside the tunnel be done after 5pm. As a matter of fact ‘Chitralion ka phudu lagana dunya ka asaan tareen kaam hay’.
I fully agree with Afsar Ali and ali. I ask, is the tunnel being made for the travelling people or for the prime minister? If it is for the people, then the priority should be allocated accordingly. If three hours of work was so important to the NHA and Sambu, the tunnel would have been completed eight years ago. Let us snub this rubbish of torturing travelers at the tunnel in the name of work going on. In a civilized society, priority would have been the people rather than the tunnel. The tunnel will complete one day any way. If we have waited ten years we can wait another 3 months and that will happen in summers when the road is opened. I fully support Mr ali when he says work inside should be halted for three months and travelers allowed to use it freely, Or else the tunnel workers should work at night and allow day time for travelers to use it. After all the tunnel is being built for this purpose. Why don’t the authorities understand this?
