ہفتے کے روز چترال میں بائی پاس روڈ کی پختگی کے کام کی افتتاح کے موقع پر خطاب کرتے ہوئے انہوں نے کہاکہ بائی پاس روڈ کو جدید ترین معیار اور تقاضوں سے ہم آہنگ بنانے اور اسے صوبے کی چند ماڈل سڑکوں میں سے ایک بنانے میں کوئی کسر نہیں چھوڑ اجائے گا جس کے لئے انہوں نے سی اینڈ ڈبلیو ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے حکام کو ہدایات جاری کردی ہے۔
انہوں نے اس منصوبے کی منظوری میں خصوصی دلچسپی کا مظاہر ہ کرنے پر سابق وزیر اعلیٰ امیر حیدر خان ہوتی کی کوششوں کو سراہا اور ساتھ ہی چترال سے منتخب ہونے والے ارکان اسمبلی کا بھی شکریہ ادا کیا۔ اس موقع پر چترال سے صوبائی اسمبلی کے رکن سلیم خان نے کہاکہ دو دفعہ مسلسل منتخب ہوکر انہوں نے اس روڈ کی بروقت اور معیار کے ساتھ تکمیل کے لئے کوشش کرتے رہے اور سابق دور حکومت میں صوبائی کابینہ کے ایک رکن کے طور پرانہوں نے اس کے لئے بھر پور جدوجہد کی تھی۔سی اینڈ ڈبلیو ڈویژن چترال کے ایگزیکٹیو انجینئر مقبول اعظم نے منصوبے کے خدو خال بیان کرتے ہوئے کہاکہ ساڑھے تین کلومیٹر طویل یہ بائی پاس روڈ دو فیزوں پر مشتمل ہے اور فیز ون میں تارکول بچھانے کا کام دس دنوں کے اندر اندر مکمل ہوجائے گاجبکہ فیزٹو اگلے مالی سال کے احتتام تک پایہ تکمیل کو پہنچ جائے گا۔
انہوں نے کہاکہ اس پراجیکٹ پر 78کروڑ روپے کی کثیر لاگت آرہی ہے۔ اس سے قبل ضلعی ناظم مغفرت شاہ نے اسفالٹ پلانٹ کے ذریعے تارکول بچھانے کے کام کا افتتاح کیا جبکہ سلیم خان بھی موجود تھے۔ دریں اثناء عوامی و سماجی حلقوں نے بائی پاس کی اس پراجیکٹ پر اپنے چارج لینے کے فوراً بعد کام کا آغاز کرنے پر ایکسین سی اینڈڈبلیو مقبول اعظم کی کارکردگی کی تعریف کی ہے]]>

Mr. Shahid how many of your elected representatives have lost their weight before while serving. Is there a single statement regarding this bypass road by these representatives. Think and criticize logically and positively. It was his first day let him do his job. You are not supposed to tell what is essential and what not. He is able to well fix his priorities.

Mr. Shahid to loss the weight is totally different thing. Your point would be valid in a case if the new elected Nazim was financially week before. I think he doesn’t need any thing haram, and he should realize his responsibilities and work for the betterment of Chitral. All of us got pleased for he is elected as Nazim. He is a good man, now its up to him what he gives in return.
