Bridges inaugurated in remote areas

BOONI: Khyber Pakthunkhwa Assembly Deputy Speaker Suriya Bibi inaugurated jeepable bridges in remote areas of Upper Chitral.

According to a statement by the PTI Upper Chitral, the newly-constructed bridges were opened in Morder, Zayit, Shogram, and Purpish (Lut Oveer).

Local political and social figures were also present during the inauguration ceremonies. The elders of the respective areas expressed gratitude to the deputy speaker for fulfilling their long-standing demand, terming the initiative a welcome step toward the region’s development.

In her address, Deputy Speaker Suriya Bibi highlighted the initiatives taken by the provincial government to improve public welfare. She said the government is committed to providing relief to the people and accelerating development projects across the province.
