The Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Pakistan (AKAHP) invites sealed bids from experienced and reputable firms, duly licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the C6 or above category, and registered with tax departments and other relevant organizations, for the execution of green retrofitting of the AKAHP Office Booni, Upper Chitral.

Bidding Procedure:

Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, the procedure for submission of bids, evaluation criteria, and specifications are available for interested bidders and can be obtained via email from the undersigned contacts.

Pre-Bid Meeting:

A pre-bid meeting for interested bidders will be held on June 25, 2024, at 11:30 AM in the AKAHP office, Chitral.

Submission of Bids:

The bids, prepared in accordance with instructions laid down in the bidding document, must be received at the following official address on or before July 4, 2024, by 03:00 PM.

Bids will be opened on the same date at 03:30 PM in the Chitral Office. Late submissions will not be accepted.
