It happens in any project (including such like) where discretionary authority is given to some official(s) to dish out money. Honesty has divorced us muslims and now there should be some system put in place where human discretion is not part of.

I just went through Surraya Bibi’s profile on KP Assembly’s websites and whatever she has written there is not true. To put the record straight, she did not join the PTI in 2007 or 2008 as she was an active member of PML-Q then. She was an aspirant for a seat reserved for women in KP provincial assembly. That was the reason she ran the campaign for Haji Ghulam Muhammad in 2013 general elections when Haji was contesting elections for a provincial assembly seat on ticket of Musharraf’s party. At the same time, can she elaborate as and when she worked for Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) which she has mentioned in her profile. If not, she is misusing the name of Aga Khan Foundation and it should seek explanation from her for misusing its name. The deputy speaker was a former employee of Sarhad Rural Support Programme (SRSP).

And she should tell us about her stint at Sarhad Roral Support Programme (SRSP) and when did she call it a day and why??? It needs some explanation and I am sure the deputy speaker will apprise us about it.

Interestingly a Govt servant with EMA who was part of the assessment, he is also PTI activist, has also named his father for this compensation. My friend confirmed there was not a single brick had fallen from snowfall.
It must need departmental and Govt investigation on this corruption against these corrupt people.
