ISLAMABAD: Retired ambassador Muhammad Aslam Khan from Chitral passed away at a hospital in Kuwait, according to family sources. He was 69.
Ambassador Aslam Khan belonged to Shogram village of Upper Chitral and was an officer of the Foreign Service of Pakistan. In September 2014, he was appointed as Pakistan’s ambassador to Kuwait.
Ambassador Khan was living in Kuwait after his retirement. He was admitted to a hospital in Kuwait after developing health complications where he passed away today.
