Two religious scholars complete PhD

Two religious scholars have completed their theses and qualified for the PhD degree from the Federal Urdu University Karachi, a press release said.
Mufti Muhibur Rehman from Riri Oweer successfully defended his PhD thesis from the Department of Islamic Studies of the university. He is a specialist in Darul Uloom Karachi and Jamiat Al Rasheed University. He is serving in Government Darul Uloom Chitral Shahi Masjid. The topic of his research was “Research and analysis of Qazi Iqaruddin Akhwal and Aqar and Fatawi Iqrariya”.
Mufti Aziz Ahmad Chitrali, lecturer University of Malakand, also defended his thesis. He is a graduate of Darul Uloom Karachi and a position holder form Wefaq al-Madaris. He is also an editor of Islamic Research Journal, Malakand University. He has published nearly two dozen research articles in national and international research journals. His topic was “Tafseer Al-Dur”.
