CHITRAL: A woman belonging to the Kushum village of Chitral ended her life by jumping into the river due to unknown reasons.
Rescue 1122 said that the woman, in her 20s, daughter of Abdur Rahim, committed suicide on the night of June 30. The emergency service said after receiving information, its staff were searching for the body along the river both in Upper and Lower Chitral.
This is the second such incident within three days. The dead body of a girl was on Saturday recovered from the river in Bang village of Yarkhun. She had gone missing from her house in Unauch village three days ago.
