Wildlife watcher injured in line of duty

CHITRAL: A watcher of the Wildlife Department Lower Chitral sustained injuries after falling while performing duty in Gahiret Gol on Wednesday.

Rescue 1122 Lower Chitral said Waqas Uddin slipped and fell down from a hillock in Gahiret Gol.

After being alerted about the incident, Rescue staff reached the spot and provided first aid to the injured.

He was later shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital Chitral.
