Man fined for trying to hunt markhor

CHITRAL: A resident of Sinlasht, Lower Chitral, was apprehended while trying to hunt a markhor at Toshi community game reserve on Sunday.

The wildlife division said its vigilant staff and community watchers apprehended the illegal hunter while attempting to hunt markhor at Toshi community game reserve and imposed a fine of Rs150,000 fine on him. 

The poacher was identified as Zubaib Hussain, son of Sikandar Khan, a resident of Sinlasht.
