PESHAWAR: An educational, social, cultural and entertainment programme was organized by Chitral Students Association in Peshawar on Sunday.
The Chitral Educational Expo 2022 was held at the Pashtun Cultural Museum Hall, University of Peshawar, in collaboration with the Directorate of Youth Affairs.
Special guest at the programme was District Police Officer (DPO) Khyber Imran Khan while Assistant Director Youth Affairs Naeem Gul presided over the event.
The programme included various activities to hone the skills of the students. Quiz, English essay, recitation and Na’at competitions were also organized in which the winning students were awarded cash prizes of Rs10,000 each.
Sessions on human rights and family law were also part of the programme with Barrister Asadul Mulk and Advocate Saifullah Mongol speaking on various social issues.
Saleem Ayubi, Munawar Zaman Zarif, Tanzeelur Rehman and Maulana Omar Mufti spoke on career counseling to guide students in the field of education.
Mr. Khaliq Dad, CDA President, thanked the members of the administration and the guests for the making the event a success.
At the end of the program, the special guest Mr. Imran Khan addressed the participants and distributed cash prizes and certificates of appreciation among the students and other personalities who have excelled in the academic and social fields.
