CHITRAL: The blacktopping of the Garam Chashma road between Singoor and Balach has been completed after a delay of about four months.
The portion of the road also caters to over 50,000 population of the two villages and other areas.
The NHA had contracted out the work in July but the contractors could not complete the work. Later, the contract was awarded to NKB company which carried out the blacktopping in a couple of days.–GH Farooqui
