Kosht wins polo tournament by beating Booni

KOSHT: The team of Kosht won the annual Kosht polo tournament after beating Booni by six to three goals at the final of the tournament here on Wednesday.

 Emmaduddin was declared man of the tournament and Raza Khan man of the match. The winning team captain Shamim Ahmed and the runner-up team captain Zia Lal received the trophies.

The horse of Taimur was judged as the best horse of the tournament. A large number of people were present to witness the final match. 

Deputy Commissioner Upper Chitral Muhammad Ali, who was the chief guest, announced construction of roads and other projects in the area.
