Gobor residents seek action against alleged land grabber

CHITRAL: For the last one week or so, residents of Gobor Bakh, a remote village on the Afghan border in Lotkoh, have one after the other demanded action against a local resident for allegedly occupying their land, extorting money and threatening and bullying them.

On Saturday, another resident of the area, Qazi Fazal Mola, told a press conference here that Muhammad Hussain had made the lives of the residents of the miserable. If no action is taken, the locals would be left with no other option but to migrate from their village, he added.

He alleged that no action was being taken against Muhammad Hussain as officials concerned were hands in glove with him.–Muhkam Uddin Ayuni
