Rs150m sanctioned for repair of roads: MNA

CHITRAL: MNA Molana Abdul Akber Chitrali said through his efforts the government approved Rs150 million for the repair of link roads across Chitral.

He stated this after inaugurating work on the construction of the link road between Dwashish and Hinjool villages near Chitral town. The road would be constructed at a cost of Rs8.4 million.

The MNA said the funds would be utilized for construction of link roads from Arandu to Broghil, wherever it was necessary.

He also said Prime Minister Imran Khan had been claiming about increasing forest cover in the country through plantation drives but many leaders of the ruling party were involved in cutting of forests which was very unfortunate.–GH Frooqui
