Fire damages forest in Birir

CHITRAL: A fire broke out in the forest of Birir located in the limits of the Ayun union council.

Rescue 1122 said its staff reached the spot after crossing difficult terrains and were engaged in extinguishing the flames. 

Mysteries fires have often been reported from forest areas of Lower Chitral in the past too.
