PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court (PHC) ordered posting of Phool Bibi as the new district and sessions judge of Lower Chitral and Zahid Shah as as the additional district and sessions judge Upper Chitral,, according to a notification issued on Saturday.
The PHC in the same notification also transferred and posted 26 other judicil officers in the province.
Lower Chitral already has the honor of having the first woman district police officer (DPO) of the province. Sonia Shamroz Khan, a grade 18 officer of Police Service of Pakistan (PSP), was posted as the DPO Lower Chitral on Dec 30, 2020.
