Three injured in taxi cars-motorcycle collision
CHITRAL: Three persons were injured, two of them critically, when a taxi (Ghogai) car, a 2D and a motorcycle collided at Khairabad village on Chitral-Drosh road on Monday, Rescue 1122 Chitral said.
The rescuers reached the spot and after giving first aid to the injured shifted two of them, including the bike rider, to the District Headquarters Hospital Chitral. The driver of the Ghogai car was slightly injured.
Road traffic accidents in Chitral have become common and biker riders are involved in most of these incidents due to speeding or untrained driving.
Moreover, the roads have not been repaired for years while the number of vehicles, specially the motorcycles, has increased manifold.
