Upper Chitral is free of coronavirus right now

BOONI: Upper Chitral is free of coronavirus right now. The remaining three patients of the novel coronavirus in Upper Chitral district also recovered from the disease and were on Tuesday sent home.

The three patients belonged to Laspur, Rech and Terich. They were seen off from the Emergency Response Centre by doctors and officials of the district administration.

The first case of the coronavirus in Upper Chitral was reported on April 21, two days after the emergence of the virus in Lower Chitral. The district of Upper Chitral reported a total of 12 confirmed cases with no death.
