Construction of RCC bridge in Kosht still suspended

KOSHT: Work on the RCC bridge of Kosht remains suspended for the last over 10 months, local residents told ChitralToday.

The old bridge at the site was washed away by river flooding in 2015. In May 2016, a makeshift bridge at the site collapsed killing three people.

Later, the KP government sanctioned the construction of the RCC bridge under its annual development programme (ADP) which has been in the doldrums.
