Motorcycle riders hold helmet awareness rally in Booni

BOONI: Motorcycle riders and the traffic police held a rally to create awareness of using helmet and adopting other safety measures to avoid accidents.

The rally was taken out from Booni to Kuragh and back. The participants were carrying placards inscribed with slogans asking motorcyclists to wear helmet and avoid rash driving for their own safety and that of others.

The rally was organized in the backdrop of rising accidents involving mostly youngsters driving without helmet and even licence.–Javed Khan
