C&W Chitral’s ex-head gets commendation certificate
DROSH: Executive Engineer C&W department Chitral Maqbool Azam has been issued a commendation letter by the KP chief minister’s adviser on communication and works.
The letter stated: “It is my privilege to express my deepest and sincere gratitude that your enthusiasm and ability to work with dedication and devotion has resulted in a significant increase in the performance of your Division, in the event of flood in particular, and qualitative and timely execution, maintenance, monitoring and operation of development activities in general.
If the department had an award to give, you would be the key contender in view of the superior job you are doing for our words department.”
BIG WOW PTI Govt, sham on you, where is your transparency?is this naya pakistan? is this KHAN’s vision? i think C&W deptt is worst corrupt deptt in the world. we all chatralis demand that PTI govt rethink about this Commendation certificate. and we also appeal to Chief Justice of Pakistan to take action in this regards.
Torkhow road is also another bad example, after spending billions of money within 9 years but the road condition is the same. Tabdeli agae Hai. Shame to PTI government for awarding such kind of award to the most corrupt department and its officials.

C&W department should also give such certificate to the contractors of Kosht Bridge (which collapsed before inauguration) while the contractor received full payments,Reshun Bridge and Bumburate bridges which are master piece of construction. If this is the level of transparency then people are fed up. Look at Chitral town roads, Airport road and other infrastructure projects which itself speak volume about quality of the C&W department. People desire that this white elephant C&W department must be abolished while govt is giving certificates.
when the department has lost credibility and is known for rampant corruption such certificates do nothing except exposing the one who is giving and making a laughing stock of the one who is receiving it. What the hell this cnd did for reconstruction of infrastructure after the floods of 2015. One can see its performance by visiting important roads such as Chitral Mastuj road and even airport road.
The PTI govt in KP utterly failed to bring improvement in the govt depts in five years. It is very sad.

It is so sad that you can buy commendation certificates from provincial government officials. So much for the change we wanted to see.
Commendation certificate for all the bad things, faulty constructions, dubious work, being friend with horrendous contractors who do not complete projects on time, etc. I thought PTI provincial government might change things but what we witness like these cheap commendation certificates force us to believe that this country cannot be put on the right track unless we get rid of all crooks.
