Tehsil chapter of primary teacher association reorganized

CHITRAL: At a meeting held at the Govt Primary School Chitral, teachers from different areas elected Amir Uddin as the president and Amir Hamza as the general secretary of the association.

The tehsil chapter of APTA remained inactive after some of its office-bearers got promotions to upper grade. Except the Chitral tehsil, the association has always been active in other parts of Chitral struggling for the rights of the primary teachers.

The participants of the meeting expressed confidence in the district and provincial cabinet of the association. They also thanked the provincial chapter of the association for maintaining the office-bearers of the district chapter till net election. The meeting also resolved to strengthen the association at the local level.
