ISLAMABAD: Abdul Akram has been appointed as the new assistant commissioner (AC) headquarters Chitral after beating four other potential contenders of provincial management service (PMS) who were also in the run for the slot.
Besides, Syed Mazhar Ali Shah was appointed district monitoring officer (DMO) of independent monitoring unit (IMU) to oversee the performance of elementary and secondary education in the district.
The two who served as additional assistant commissioners in the district for well over three years have a proven track record of serving the masses in the best possible way when the valley was hit by devastating floods and earthquake.
“With the blessing of God Almighty I have been transferred and posted as AC Chitral,” read a message from Abdul Akram.
A similar message by Mazhar reads: Alhamdullilah….transferred and posted as District Monitoring Officer Chitral…new assignments new commitments.
The locals called upon the new officers to set a new precedent by serving the masses with full dedication and honesty, adding the area can be brought at par with other developed districts if every Chitrali played his due role.]]>

As for as mh information is conceens Abdul Akram known to his outstanding services in district Mansehra, District Toor Ghar and chitral. During 9 months in PDMA proved to be a bold, competent,quick,regullar and performmd excellently. His services to chitral and chitralis are remarkable his office was paked with chitralis and deleverd great services. From his track record it is expected that he will serve excellently…..
