Since this is a clear embezzlement of donor money by government department therefore we will not pass any comment on this news item. If this news was related to any NGO particularly AKRSP or SRSP or any elected representatives (Nazim, MNA, MPAs) than we would certainty have expressed our ANALYTICAL point of view. The district admin does this as part of their broader ‘public services’ responsibility.
