Dear president chitral student association,
with due respect it is requested to you that more students have in-rolled in different universities for M.phil,Ms in 2012 earlier before 2012, after completion their course work they did,nt continue their research due to some reasons ,and they have start their research in recent year,but they are consider not eligible for Prime minister fee reimbursement and effected area fee remission.so it is requested in your respect please raise this issue for consideration these students,
