climate change and its impacts on Chitral

Alternative road to upper Chitral also washed away

CHITRAL: Torrential downpour on Monday washed away link roads to various areas of Mulkhow including Kosht.

Flooding in Bindu Gol also cut off the road which was being used as an alternative to the main road to Upper Chitral.
As a result, the areas in Upper Chittal having over 200,000 population have been cut off from rest of the country.
Meanwhile, due to possibility of more floods in Bindu Gol, people living in nearby areas have fled to safer places.–Bashir Hussain Azad
