Ibex hunters arrested

CHITRAL: Four persons were arrested for poaching an ibex.

Reports said wildlife officials, including Zafar Ullah, Zar Murad, Rafiq Ahmed and Rehmat Ellahi, on a tip-off cordoned off the Roos Gol stream and caught the four men along with the hunted animal.

The four arrested hunters were identified as Muhammad Usman, Hafiz Uddin, Muhammad Khan and Sarfaraz.

The wildlife officials also took into custody the weapons used for hunting the ibex.Further legal action against the poachers was underway.
