Replacement of police official sought

DROSH, Feb 25: Prominent social and political personality of Drosh, Irshad Mukarar, has said that for the last many years the post of additional SHO Drosh remains vacant. Talking to ChitralToday here, he said a sub-inspector who was punished in the well-publicized murder case of a foreigner in Bumburate is now working as the additional SHO of the police station. He said posting such an official with a tainted past gives a bad image to the police department.
