Upgradation of employees approved

PESHAWAR, Dec 9: Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has approved the upgradation of all technical and non-technical employees from BPS-1 to 16 on the pattern of the clerks’ community and directed the concerned authorities to submit a summary for the purpose within 10 days. He, however, made it clear that the increase in the salaries would be made soon if resources granted space for it otherwise these pays would be enhanced from the next financial year. He made this announcement while talking to a representative delegation of technical and non-technical employees coordination council that called on him at CM House and apprised the chief minister of its problems and demands. Provincial Minister for Information and Higher Education Mushtaq Ahmad Ghani and Secretary Establishment Dr. Akhtar Nazir Warach were also present 6on the occasion. The Chief Minister said that increasing salaries of employees according to international level was the vision of Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf while his provincial government was quite eager to enhance the pays and scales of all govt employees manifold as soon as possible with the only condition of excellent performance and delivering to the masses.]]>

  1. If computer operators are in BPS-16, then what will be for Assistant Programmers who are already in BPS-16 and also for Programmers who are in PBS-17.
    Ye khula tazad hoga, or Govt. kelie mushkil sabit hoga…agr Programmers or Asst. Programmers ko up-gradation mai ignore kya giya.
