DROSH, Sept 1: The residents of Potaninadeh and Aashiq Abad, Drosh, have alleged that due to the negligence of THRIVE-CIADP project the recent flash floods caused damages to their properties. In a written statement, the residents of the village said that during the construction of the protection wall in Chikidam Gol nullah the local contractor did not shift the debris from the stream and during recent flash floods the debris became part of flood and entered the properties of locals. They added that due to this negligence the surface of Chikidam had raised which was a constant threat for the life and properties of adjacent villages. They demanded that the government take action against the organization and its local contractor.]]>
