CHITRAL, July 26: The local government department has appointed Muhammad Younus as the district engineer in the District Council Department.
The post remained vacant for the last few months till district engineer of Upper Dir was given the additional charge of Chitral. This decision was rejected by the members of parliament. Without the district engineer, development projects in the valley had faced delay.]]>
