We agree that Akbar was an enlighten Monarch. But he was not an exemplary muslim ruler. you should better give examples from Sirat Taiba and Khulafa Rashidin.

History is divided on the position of Akber.I personally comply with the group who say that Akber was a moderate and enlightened Muslim monarch.Some four hundred years back he practiced the now modern notions of diversity, pluralism, peaceful co-existance and tolerance.Detailed discussion on this issue need some more time.
i suggest you to read the book of I.H Qureishi entitled “Muslim community in the Indo-Pak Subcontinent” to form your own opinion on Akbers real postion.
