CHITRAL, Jan 26: The bodies of all the people who died in the tragic accident at Dalum Gol on Saturday were buried in two separate graveyards in the Shogram village on Sunday. Thousands of people from different parts of the district flocked to the village to attend the funerals. Touching scenes were witnessed on the occasion. Ashraf Ali of the village told this correspondent that the burial had been delayed by a day waiting for the arrival of the relatives of the deceased who were in Peshawar and Islamabad. He said digging nine graves in the cold weather was also a tough job which was completed by the late evening of Saturday. Meanwhile, MNA Shahzada Iftikharuddin, MPAs Saleem Khan and Bibi Fouzia have expressed their condolence with the bereaved families.
