Third division abolished at graduation level

PESHAWAR, Jan 21 (APP): On the recommendation of the Academic Council made in its meeting held in August 2013, the syndicate of the University of Peshawar in its 415th meeting has approved to abolish third division from BA, B.Sc and all the corresponding bachelor level examinations from the session 2014. A formal notification in this regard has been issued from the office of the registrar. The old session candidates who passed BA, B.Sc in third division can improve their division in the manner already prescribed for improvement from the annual examination 2014 in the courses in vogue. It is pertinent to mention that University of Peshawar has already abolished third division from all the master level degree programmes so to raise the bar of academic standards.]]>
