CHITRAL, Jan 21: Qazi Faisal Ahmed Saeed has been appointed as the district coordinator for the prime minister’s youth business loan programme for Chitral.

If I’m not mistaken, this guy runs the Cable TV in Chitral town. The service he provides is pathetic. And now he is the co-ordinator for PM’s loan scheme. God help us.
