CHITRAL, Jan 15: A week-long workshop of the multi-lingual education review committee organized by the Mother Tongue Institute for Education and Research (MIER) started here on Monday.
The committee reviewed the contents included in the primer of Khowar to be taught in all the primary level classes in the district and recommended for its further improvement.
MIER president Farid Ahmed Raza while speaking on the occasion shed lights on the importance of multi-lingual education. He also spoke on the activities of the institute and the material so far prepared by his team.
MIER general secretary Atta Hussain Athar briefed the participants about the objectives of the workshop.
