CHITRAL, July 18: Former MPA from lower Chitral, Haji Zafar Ahmed, died of heart attack on Wednesday evening. He was 65. He was laid to rest at his ancestral village of Roji in the Lot Koh valley on Thursday. Mr Ahmed was elected MPA in the non-party elections of 1985.
