Documentary film on Khowar language released

ISLAMABAD, Feb 20: A short documentary film on Khowar language has been released to highlight the linguistic diversity in Chitral on the occasion of International mother languages day. The film is produced by Fakhruddin Akhunzada, the cultural researcher and author associated with Forum for Language Initiatives (FLI) and has been uploaded on FLI’s face book page. The International Mother Language Day has been celebrated every year since February 2000 to promote linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism.
